All Aeterna Studio products come with a 30-day quality guarantee. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or differs significantly from the product description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.

3. Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

• Product is in original, unused condition with all original packaging
• Request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
• Item shows no signs of wear or damage caused by customer use

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

• Products used, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Items with missing original packaging or components
• Custom or personalized orders (once completed)
• Requests made after 30 days from purchase

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase, provided they remain unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos and proof of purchase. We will work with our shipping partner to investigate and provide either a replacement product or refund at no cost to you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Aeterna Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please provide an accurate address at checkout—we cannot modify addresses after purchase.

7. Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods through Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your billing information will never be shared with third parties. Duplicate charges should be reported immediately to our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aeterna Studio is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
